SEXUAL ASSAULT AND RAPE
The Issue of Sexual assault and rape as grown rampant and grown bigger with time and it’s so sad to see people fall victim of such acts in the 21 st century. We will both be discussing about various sexual assault and rape that occur across the world. In a country in Africa as Ghana where rape occurs more frequently has it stated in the CRIMINAL OFFENCE ACT- 1960 (ACT29) SECTION 97- Whoever commits rape shall be guilty of a first degree felony and shall be liable on conviction to Imprisonment for a term of not less than five years and not more than twenty-five Years, before we drag deeply into this conversation, let’s walk through what sexual assault and what really is RAPE.
